Ace Building Systems homes are manufactured in the company manufacturing facility and then transported to the site and craned into position. On site completion takes less than 7 days which allows occupation to occur less than ten days after transportation. The Ace Building Systems manufacturing facility enables the company to actively monitor quality control, material waste and labour time, thus improving the ongoing development and the cost effectiveness of the construction. Ace Building Systems specialise in the commercial development of mining communities and over 50’s resorts and can offer Executive Housing and resort style accommodation. Ace Building Systems houses can be built to any size. The houses have solid steel structures and termite treated flooring to make them resistant to termites and easier to transport. Modern day technologies and appliances can be installed prior to transportation. The roof can be pitched across a length of the house module at any degree requested. The patented roof fold down system has enabled Ace Building Systems to construct homes with 9 foot high ceilings and incorporate the garage under the same roof line just like a site-built home. Our homes consist of a galvanised structural steel floor system with termifloor© sheeting, 90mm steel frame braced to “N4 wind rating” as standard and galvanised structural steel ceiling and roof system. Our homes can be placed upon a steel post sub-floor or slab on ground enabling our homes to satisfy the requirements of all block types. Our factory built homes are engineer designed and constructed to withstand long distance travel and each section is able to be crane lifted. Our homes are built to last any climate using modern light steel technology, offering superior strength and are termite resistant like no other.
